Refund policy
At Mantis & Co., we believe in thoughtful, intentional goods, and we hope you love what you receive. Because most of our items are made-to-order or produced in small batches, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are considered final sale. We are a small business working with both local makers and print-on-demand partners, which means we produce items as needed and do not keep bulk inventory.
As a result, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Change of mind
- Preference-based returns
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If you have questions about sizing or materials, feel free to reach out before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To request a resolution, email us at store@mantisandco.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
No returns are required, you keep or responsibly dispose of the affected item.
Return Shipping
We do not provide return shipping labels. In the rare case that a return is authorized (such as for eligible in-stock items), you will be responsible for shipping costs.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
However, this does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order products (including most of our apparel, mugs, and accessories). If you are unsure whether this applies to your order, feel free to contact us for clarification.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at store@mantisandco.com.
